WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are a small mom-owned business and I truly value you. If you have any issues with downloading, printing or with your subscription, please contact me directly. My email and phone number are on every receipt- plus I’m always available on Facebook Messenger!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

You will receive an email with download instructions immediately after your purchase of a digital download. You may use that link at any point, it never expires! It may update, however, as I enhance the website and products. If your link does not work, just email me and I will take care of it!

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are in Missouri- just about the exact middle of America!

 

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOUR TEMPLATES PRINT ON?

Every template comes ready to print on either letter/tabloid paper OR A3/A4 paper. Each template has been formatted to fit on the page.

 

WHAT TYPE OF PRINTER DO YOUR TEMPLATES PRINT ON?

Any printer could work! Small Bin Templates print on letter or A3 sized paper, and we have both black and white and color templates available. Large Bin templates print on tabloid/A4 sized paper, and we have black and white and color templates available. No special printers or papers are required!

 

DO YOU TAKE SUGGESTIONS?

YES! If you need a specific theme or focus, just send me a message and I will see what I can do just for you, at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

 

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR DESIGNS?

Every design is created by me! I use only ethically sourced and fully licensed artwork, photography and design elements (all the way down to my fonts). I proudly feature the photographs and illustrations of more than 350 artists, photographers and designers from all around the world.
